Our nationally recognized property tax consulting firm is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for a senior consulting position in our Southern Region.
EXPERIENCE
7-10 years personal property tax experience preferably within a national property tax consulting firm, public accounting firm or relevant experience in the private sector. Experience working utlity, complex industrial and natural resources. Multi-state compliance experience with both state-assessed and locally assessed properties required, valuation and consulting experience is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is required, and any professional certifications and designations are a plus.
TEHCNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES
An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required. Significant experience working with large spreadsheets of data and creating and completing complex Vlookups, and utilizing Pivot tables is required. Experience with complex Excel formulas is also desired. Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, PowerPlan fixed asset sub-ledgers and accounting software as well as property tax engines such as PTMS, OneSource and PowerPlan is desired.
